A 2005 Honda Civic and a 2019 Honda Civic. Even though he typically doesn’t work weekends, Eddie offered to take a look at both vehicles on Saturday. He diagnosed both quickly and gave me clear options on how to move forward. With the 2019 Honda, he saved me thousands compared to what the dealership in Merced quoted. Eddie clearly knows his stuff, and I felt completely confident trusting him to do what was best. He ordered the necessary parts and kept me in the loop throughout the process. When he began work on the 2005 Civic, he found an unexpected issue caused by the A/C dryer. He contacted me immediately, sent photos, and explained the situation thoroughly before moving forward. That level of honesty and transparency is rare. Eddie does not cut corners. He takes pride in his work, and you can be sure the job will be done right. Thanks to him, both cars now have perfectly working A/C, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto repair!

David Rodriguez: I took my car here for some scratches on the bumper and a small dent on the door, when I picked up the car the job wasn’t done, plus he left a huge white mark on the side of the door that didn’t even needed anything. We had to go back twice for him to remove the scratch he made. He even tried telling us to just take it somewhere to get it polished off when it was him who did it and didn’t even removed it well. I didn’t like the way this guy works he moves on the next job without caring if the costumer is satisfied with his job. He doesn’t even care if it’s done properly. He lacks professionalism

Leticia Lopez: If I could give them negative stars I would. I went to this repair shop through my insurance. This is how I got my vehicle back. They didn’t clip the inner fender well correctly. It snapped a day after I got my vehicle back. They couldn’t “clear” the codes on my dash, blamed it on a previous accident when I have pictures of my dashboard prior to the accident. Everything was done what seemed like in one day. They supposedly ordered 2 bumpers that didn’t fit and the one that’s currently on my vehicle looks just like my old one. As if bits and pieces were just painted over. My emblem is loose to the touch. The hood comes over the headlights as if they forgot to put a weather stripping in. My price went up by 1000$ from the original estimate and I was never told anything. I called and they acted as if I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about simply because I’m a female. This was the worst job ever done to my vehicle. I would definitely avoid it.

I’m not sure who the manager is, but this place way too much overpriced for the simplest thing they do.
