5 /5 Meagan Harvell: Took my cookie here today to get spayed. They were wonderful folks. The ladies at the front were super nice, despite a full clinic. They answered any questions and the vet was very nice as well. Will definitely be bringing other cats to them soon! Also the most affordable spay and neuter prices Ive found.

5 /5 Svetlana Leonova: We love this clinic and travel all the way from Los Angeles just for Dr. Paul. It’s worth the long trip! You can get an appointment on the same day if you’re willing to wait. The prices are reasonable—it won’t cost you an arm and a leg!

1 /5 Ariel Stone: I thought this place was great at first I brought my dog after she was attacked by my neighbors dog. Unfortunately she didn’t make it. My neighbors payed 1500 to save my dog. When she passed they told me cremation was covered. I go to pick up my dogs remains and they say I have a balance of 1200 for my dog. They never did any type of treatment on her she died the next day after taking her so why do I still have that balance when my neighbor payed 1500. I also brought my other senior dog to get looked at for a mass she had maybe the size of a quarter. They did X-rays a needle biopsy and it came back inconclusive X-rays were good I felt like I spent 600 on nothing. We scheduled her surgery for the mass to be removed I got an estimate of 1710 I was fine with that. We took her at 7:30 am they said she’s the first to get surgery.. they called us at 12:30 pm and said that the doctor wanted to talk to us before her surgery… we took her at 7:30 am they told me no food or water after 10pm the day before so she sat there from 7:30 am till 12 with no water. Turns out they were confused on what mass they were removing. (She also has a fatty tumor in her neck.) and they needed confirmation. Which I don’t understand why they couldn’t just ask us over the phone. I even told the lady where the mass was when we dropped her off. They’re very very unorganized at this place. After my dog is done with her follow ups I will not be going back to this place. I’m done.

1 /5 Marcello Costa: Unbelievable how the stuff in the front desk needs be training how to be polite and friendly whit the client the one the bring money for the business. I come to drop off a friend dog . I hope I never need service from your people because I know it going to be very disgusting have to speak with them ladies.
