1 /5 Paula Wilson: I completed the paperwork to become a new patient and less than 24 hours later, I received a voice mail telling me my application was denied. When I called to find out why, they would not provide a reason for declining to accept me telling me that they had the right to deny me. I asked to know the reason and was pretty much told that because I wanted an answer to that question, that was exactly the reason I wouldnt fit in with their practice. Not only does that seem unfair to me, it makes no sense. If you cant ask questions, or get answers, then its probably best to seek a different provider. Thats a really sad state of affairs. I also see that this isnt the first complaint of this type with this office. Use caution.
