Usually when I go to other hair salons they dry and straighten my hair she cut my hair and said next, another lady working there as well was asking her questions and questions she would cut my hair then stop to go answer questions to the lady working there. Another thing I didnt like I was on the phone waiting for my husband to pick me up to pay I had forgotten my debit card anyways while I was on the phone both ladies seemed pretty noisy about what I was talking on the phone even asked oh did you say youre canceling what? I said its nothing to do with this. Overall my experience wasnt that great I personally wouldnt go back. Maybe it was a bad day or who knows but I expected better customer service.
