5 /5 Nathan Yant: DR. Andrew Thomas is fantastic. If you have any trouble breathing at all, go see him! He will take the time to fully discuss and walk you through all steps of a procedure. Dr. Thomas cares about what he does and his patients. If you cant breath through your nose, he can help you!

5 /5 Geordie: Excellent overall. Staff behind the desk were great and Andrew is super-knowledgeable, friendly and takes his time to explain everything. Bonus: he has his own CT scanner onsite for immediate diagnosis and he charges only about one tenth the cost of a CT in a hospital.

5 /5 Michelle Brady: Dr. Andrew Thomas is a major plus to Nevada County and deserves a 10 star rating, I had sinus surgery a year and I feel amazing. Dr. Thomas always went above and beyond when I was there for my appointments, and goes out of his way to make you comfortable and answers all of your questions and concerns, making sure you understand everything before you leave the office. The Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable; I would definitely refer him to all of my friends and family. I hope he stays in Nevada County for years.

5 /5 julie schweitzer: I had a great experience today in Dr.Thomas s office ..had some sinus issues, found my problem....bonus / ct scan is right in office/ very convenient..no hospital visits or bills.../did some surgery right in office....he was so cool, calm, and confident..made me feel comfortable / trusted he knew what he was doing. Took his time..explained everything.. he is very knowledgeable ..his assistant was amazing and very caring too..was right on it. ..his front end office..great phone skills and communication..I would recommend this Dr...hes incredible!
