5 /5 Linda Navarrete: I was looking at reviews prior to going to a new nail salon and I can confirm that the good reviews are legit! I called to ask if they had time for a walk in pedicure appointment and luckily they said they could take me immediately. I had Cindy do my pedicure and she really took her time and was very detailed with shaping and painting my nails! Thank you Cindy, I’ll be a regular from now on :)

1 /5 A Jewelry Design Company Lanah Te Couture “LTC”: So Ive actually been to this nail salon on a few different occasions. There have been occasions where Ive made an appointment and occasions where I do walk in. For my nails, I ask for Elaine because shes usually the one who does nails the best. I believe she is the shop owner. However, she does seem to always be in a rush and also very impatient. And to be honest, I do feel like they discriminate. I never feel welcome no matter how many times Ive gone there. The last time I went there maybe a month ago... Elaine really upset me because she had a nasty attitude, which brought bad energy, and she insisted she doesnt do designs. Which I know to be a lie. She was just lazy and didnt feel like doing it for me that day... which she shouldve just expressed. She was not asking me what I wanted or if I even liked what she was doing. And every time I tried to point something out, she was rude & impatient. Unfortunately, because of this experience, and overall, I am choosing not to conduct business with this shop anymore. Not that it will matter to them because Im sure they have other customers that may be happy... but I definitely deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. Also, the gel started peeling the very next day. And the shape wasnt what I asked for. But I was just so livid with Elaine, I just wanted to get out of there and be done with her.

5 /5 Shawn Stevens: Amiana Nail Lounge is one of the best around. When you have an appointment they are on time and you don’t have to wait around. I appreciate that they respect your time. I have only gotten pedicures there and they do an amazing job. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. These are all things that mean everything to my experience and why I continue to go back. It’s great to see have them in Upland!

1 /5 Julie Lara Staver: My mother and I had been to this salon a few times. Service was okay. I went last week to get fills & a pedicure. Elaine, the owner always rushes. My appt was at 12:00. I showed her what I needed. Of course she had to do it at the same time that I was getting my pedicure. She was rushing & I knew she was booked completely. Her 1:00 walked in & she told her to pick a color. When I showed her the photo again she yelled at me. No joke. Raised her voice to let her do her job. In the end she made a worse mistake. When she realized what had happened, She looked at me with surprise. I will never go back. She was rude to my mother & spoke negatively about my mother. I was shocked. I left with a horrible job & quick design in the wrong fingers & looked so horrible!

5 /5 Carolina Lopez: First time there. I was greeted professionally. She came up to me and asked what I needed done and pricing. Place is really clean. Every technician’s set up is sanitized. They aren’t using the same tools over. My pedicure was great. She took her time and listened as to what was bothering me. Although I only get a manicure nowadays, you’ll be surprised how hard it is to find a place that takes their time and really cleans up your nails. Ivy really took her time and was sweet. She got every cuticle and shaped all my nails evenly. She took about 20 mins on my manicure and I loved it. I can tell she was trying to get all the dead skin. I will be returning soon.
