    Briana Martinez: They were super nice here and super clean! We called only 15 minutes before and they were able to see us. The manager was so sweet and He made the best complimentary drinks and Kim did my dip set and took her time and they came out so cute. We will definitely be coming back for our fills!

    Aubrey Lefebre: I have been going here for a couple months now and I can easily say it’s my favorite nail salon in Southern California! Every time I have gone I have received excellent service. They have a great selection of polishes and everyone is so kind and can help you pick the perfect color to match what you’re looking for. I normally get hard gel manicures and I will never go back to dip. It’s a clean place with nice nail techs. Great environment and quality nail services. I highly recommend.

    Sarah Morrissette: Update: I’ve come back twice for myself since my first review. Appreciate the artistry I have received! I’ve tried at least a half dozen nail salons since moving here 15 months ago and this is the first location where they successfully pull off more than just cut and paste basics. Diana did some delicate and beautiful edelweiss flowers for me on request and then my next visit Tony showed off his skills with the most perfectly shaped and smoothed acrylic fill I’ve ever had and 3D freehand sunflowers on the spot. Original post: So much kindness and patience for this special mani pedi time for my 3 young daughters. I will return!

    Fernyrican: My wife (as a surprise) took me 2 Bella Vous in Rancho Cucamonga, at the beginning of March and WOW…. The lady gave me a great pedicure, I can’t recall her name ( I apologize)but I’ll do better, I’ll post some pics of her work. She’s a pedicure extraordinaire. Checking on me constantly, making sure I was comfortable and her service was( for a lack of a better word) amazing. I’ll definitely will go back there again. By the way my wife was very happy with her pedicure and manicure.

The staff is great and Kim always does my nails . I love how she does my nails and always does a great job. She can do anything she is very talented.

    Yamini Sharma: This was mine and my husbands first time going to this place. We called them and booked a couples massage. When we reached the place they asked us to pay first,took us to the massage room and asked us to get ready for the massage. The place smelled like we towels and needs ventilation.When we were lying down one of the ladies came and told us that one of us will need to wait 15 minutes while the other one will get started. We already paid and were lying down in a vulnerable position where it felt stuck. So one of us agreed to wait while the other one was as getting massaged in a couples massage session.Then she told us that we can give the person who is waiting an extra 15 minutes but you need to pay 20 dollars extra . This was so insulting that you take your customers so for granted that instead of asking them a complimentary massage for their inconvenience happening because of the staffs unprofessional attitude and total fault, you are trying to make more money of them. Another customer came in and immediately got his massage started which meant they had a massage specialist but they decided they will probably keep them for a better client. The massage was awful. The lady was tired,in a hurry and uneven. It was super super painful like I was doing some kind of painful and unpleasant HIIT workout. The whole one hour I had to keep my body stiff to avoid any injuries.It was a full body massage and she never even touched the lower part of my feet while my husband got them massaged. All in all a very bad experience. Lack of professionalism and no concern for the clients comfort. People come to get massaged for a relaxing experience not to get frustrated and feel worst than they were before. The only good thing was that they didnt charge extra for card payments and they did not talk back when you were giving them the feedback. We will never be going back here or recommending anyone who wants a pleasant experience.

    Nikka Livingston: The manicurst at this place are unprofessional and didnt do a good job. My friend and I went as a girls day trip. I went and got gel x as a teeat to myself and this is what I got. It looks good from a far but the details under the nails are thick and has residue power I cant wash off from the glue and filing machine. My friend wanted to get gel x as well and was contemplating on what exact design/color she wanted. When she finally decided on french tips, the coat looked see through and my friend wasnt happy and asked for my opinion. The nail tech lashed out on us saying I wanted thin tips and my friend wanted thick which was not true. He was then giving her an attitude which made the whole experience awkward instead of relaxing. My friend ended up choosing a sparkly color to go on top of the see through pink. It ended up looking nice but the details was trash. Isnt that what we pay extra for? Overall I would not recommend this place. I did go one tome before this and had a good experience (I just got gel nails). Its sad how nail salons charge for every extra service but cant provide good quality service. Be prepared to pay in cash when you go. They also charge 2% on top of tips when you use a card and their ATM machine also charges $3.5. So disappointed with the service and quality especially for paying $75
