Ben Beauty Salon - San Jose Nancy Chang: Got a hot perm and it’s only been a day, but I like it! Hair doesn’t feel crunchy or damaged, and Ben fit me in despite closing soon, so I am grateful. The hair wash was very thorough and relaxing, and Ben discussed with me my desired look. Am pleased with the size of curls, despite being worried at first they’d come out looking small because of the size of the rods. In total, it took about 2.5 hours. Great perm service!

Lisa asked me for a picture in advance and came up with the perfect color for me! I love it and will definitely be going to her again!
