5 /5 robt dycus: I blew a radiator while heading south towards San Francisco. it was late in the day on a Friday. they were able to find a radiator, and Mr. Rico and his son stayed late to install it. they went above and beyond to get me back on the road that Friday evening, saving me from having to spend the weekend in Ukiah. I highly recommend alliance for anyone with automotive troubles while traveling between San Francisco and eureka.

5 /5 Paul Andreini: While driving down US-101S from Oregon to the Bay Area California, to spend Spring Break (grad student at Univ. Ore.) with my parents, my car broke down in the middle of nowhere, NorCal. The battery and alternator went out, meaning I had no power/heat, and I was stranded in the cold from 10:47pm until 3:14am. I towed it into Ukiah, and started looking for the best repair shop in town. I can confidently say that Ive found it: look no further than ALLIANCE AUTO SERVICE! Theyre a AAA-partner, which helped me a lot. They replaced the battery and alternator, and got the car up-and-running again, all at a reasonable cost! Jen & Salvador are the best! Call them up and have your car serviced here if youre in Northern California!

If I went to the dealer in town it would have been double the price. That being said theres no price I wont pay for my babygirls safety but Alliance is my choice for my families safety. Service with a smile is cliche but real there. Thank you Sal.

Michael Britton: Stay away from this place. Extremely rude and will scam you. They are the same group from Redwood Ford just a different name. Ive been dealing with them for almost 2 years on a vehicle I traded in. I continuously receive toll bills, suspended registration and now letters from the Tax Board about the vehicle THEY own. At one point REGGIE promised to remedy it but of course that was a lie. They then referred me to the dealership in Reno to fix it. The Reno dealership was very helpful but they dont have any part in it. They told me to get a lawyer to deal with Jacinto! I have all the paperwork to back up my story. Stay away from this business. There are plenty more horror stories from that place.
