He was quick in diagnosing the issue and giving us a quote, and he gave me a lot of leeway in deciding on what work I wanted done and picking up my car. Most of all, he was friendly and accommodating. He helped me feel grateful after a really stressful car issue.

5 /5 R. Jonas Elder: I was having transmission issues, and called Gregs. Greg took the codes Id pulled, did a bit of research, called me back in an hour, and told me to replace (of all things) the ignition switch. I did, and the check engine light went off, and the rig shifts perfectly. Long story short, the owner of this business could have easily made some money on my ignorance, but instead told me to get a $40 part that took 5 minutes to replace, and completely solved the issue. I dont even live near Ukiah, but theyre still going to be my first call if I ever need serious work done.

5 /5 Yenfu Li: I will strongly recommended this place to all Ukiah residents and outside visitors. Im sick of some other car shops around this Ukiah area either practice with questionable attitude or outright sneaky. The owner, Greg, he listen to my explanation first, then he clearly gave me exact price and labor fee for each step. He even came early on Friday to check my car for problem. And he promise he only need one hour to check the code and figure out any additional trouble, which he did and only charge me one hour labor. Then wrote me a clear list of possible repair cost. Please, all Ukiah residents, go to this place for car repair, dont you feel enough from other places?

5 /5 Trey Risker: Had them do the transmission on my 12 valve ended up running into a few things that Greg took care of and Ive only drove it for a few hours but it seems to be running excellent and it also came with a 3 year unlimited mile warranty.
