1 /5 deborahb: i called last night to make an appointment. They asked me what time id like to come in and i said 10am. They said, "how about 10:30am"? i said perfect. I got there this morning, 4 employees and 4 clients - things were going well (my first time there). 5 walk-ins came in all wanting pedicures and the employees said that they could be helped within 15 minutes. All wanted to wait. 3 or 4 More came in wanting pedicures and then the time was pushed to 30 minutes. This is all fine. I feel badly for them not wanting to turn away business - I get it! . I got my pedicure, then went to table for my nails. i had to tel Tom 4 times that i want my nails short. Frustrating. Then i noticed dead skin on my heels. I asked Tom if they could take off the dead skin on my heels (and offered to pay again) and he had the nerve to say "come back at 2pm or 3pm whatever is good for me". In essence, they were taking walk-ins rather than existing customers. This is bad bad business. Toes beautiful, heels bad.
