They diagnose the issues, give an honest and clear picture of the issues and associated estimates, and fix what is needed. Sometimes they have sent me away, letting me know there is no service needed at the moment. They do not upsell things or recommend things that are not needed. They are honest, trustworthy, kind, generous, friendly, and expert mechanics and advisors. I recommend them without hesitation and appreciate everything they have done as my trusted mechanics throughout the years. I recommend that you call to schedule in advance, as they are in demand and booked out often with their happy clients, like me!

Ruba Elagazy: I brought my car to Big Q Auto Repair for a routine oil change — and they damaged my car during the process. They promised to send me camera footage to show what happened, but after I followed up multiple times (6 or 7 follow-ups via phone and email), they tried to tell me that they don’t even keep footage — they only have a live feed. Which is strange considering I was promised a copy of the footage that the supervisor had reportedly already seen. Worse, they’ve refused to respond to me or my attorney, and they still won’t take responsibility or cover the cost of the damage they caused. The repair requires me changing my entire front bumper and is going to cost me over $2k. Save yourself the headache — find an honest shop that stands by their work and respects their customers. I regret ever trusting Big Q Auto Repair and hope this review saves someone else from the same experience.
