5 /5 Jillian Jones: This lab is FANTASTIC! Both times I’ve come here start to finish everyone is kind, friendly and FAST! I’m a wheelchair user and can go in without my caregiver knowing without asking staff steps in to open doors and assist me every step of the way, again without me even asking for help. The check in desk people are so kind, and lovely they set a very nice tone that is continued throughout the experience. When you’re really sick having such friendly happy people genuinely welcome you feels so huge. At the lab I never wait more than a few minutes to be taken back and they are very talented and efficient. I’m notoriously impossible to get labs on due to a rare illness and they were able to listen to my needs, and assess me well enough to get my blood draw first time which for me is unheard of. They have also been very helpful and great with ADA access for me start to finish as well. It’s such a relief to know I have such a great lab to go to!
