1 /5 Jules L: I went here years ago and had a good experience with Ed, BUT holy moly it’s gone way downhill. I recommended my fiancée go to Accurate Autoworks, and he had an atrocious experience. John took over working on his car and ran up a $3000 bill with insufficient communication, no agreement on the cost, and actually ignored what my fiancée asked them to do. He had his car for a month and a half and barely communicated with him about updates. My fiancée had to call 5 times in one day just to get ahold of John after well over a week of not hearing anything from him.
At the end of the $3000 bill, John also couldn’t even assure him the car was fixed. Just that he ran up a bunch of time and labor charges taking it apart and putting it back together, only to no longer be able to replicate the problem so he assumes he fixed it somehow. It feels gross and scummy and like a horrible business model to completely ignore the customers decisions about their car and their money. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
