She expertly helps older folks avoid ingrown toenails and other foot problems. Hanhs nail art/gel nails are fabulous. She is a real artist. Elegant Nails is spotlessly clean and follows all pandemic protocols scupulously.
New Angel Nails - Oakland TaJa M: I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for over two years, but after my most recent visit on New Year’s, I’ll never be returning. I came in specifically for a pedicure, but out of sheer greed, the staff coaxed me into getting a full set with a nail tech I’d never worked with before. Against my better judgment, I agreed—and it was a decision I deeply regret.
The nails are absolutely atrocious. They’re lumpy, misshapen, and filed completely wrong. On top of that, they started lifting after just three days! It’s clear this nail tech had no business working on anyone’s nails, let alone mine. I can’t believe the salon thought it was acceptable to provide this kind of service.
To make matters worse, when I voiced my concerns during the appointment, they completely brushed me off. I refuse to let them touch my hands again—not to fix, redo, or even remove this mess.
The greed and disregard for quality or customer satisfaction are appalling. What was supposed to be a relaxing New Year’s appointment turned into a nightmare. If you care about your nails, your time, and your money, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This salon has lost a loyal client for good.
Vickys Nails and hair salon - Alameda Andrew Lee: Got haircut here, I found the interior to be very comfortable, not to mention large, with several rooms inside as you go in.
While the front area seems to mainly be a nail salon, there is a haircut section with couches and several seats for haircuts, there was also waxing and other services in other rooms.
The person who cut my hair was above average, and not just considering the price. While the price is on the lower end in terms of bay area pricing, the quality of cut, evenness, minnimal stray missed hairs etc. is reflective of a haircut maybe about twice the price. So its a great value
Divine Nails - Oakland Melissa Archie: Man. When I walked in I appreciated that they acknowledged me with enthusiasm. The ladies I worked with were very nice. An older woman did my gel manicure while another worked on my regular pedi.
I could see the manicure wasnt going perfectly, the polish went over the cuticles, but I was short on time and hopeful it would get corrected. It did not.
The pedicure clean up work was good and looked good at completion.
3 days later my gel was chipping. 1 week later I was able to peel what was left all the way off.
Nothing fancy was required. Just my natural nails.
Mood Nail Lounge - Fremont ashlyetaughtyou: I had an amazing experience getting my nails done today! Tiffany truly went above and beyond. She took her time and paid close attention to every detail to make sure my nails looked exactly like the picture I showed her. She was so thoughtful, even asking questions to both me and her coworkers to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. The other workers were just as kind and helpful, always checking in to see if I needed anything. The service overall was outstanding—they even offered snacks, drinks, and foot massages, which made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. The attention to detail, the friendly atmosphere, and the excellent service really set this place apart. If youre looking for a nail salon where you can unwind and be confident youre getting the best care, I highly recommend Tiffany and her wonderful team!
Co Co nails salon - Fremont Jennifer Schwartz: Had a lovely mother and daughter date here to do manicure and pedicure. Really appreciate Lily and Kim taking their time to do a great job.
Update: we come back here regularly now, our nails always turn out great and last so long. They are so careful with their work and take good care of you!
DT Nails & Spa - Fremont Mia Barreras: I have been going to DT nails for about 6 years now and it has been such a good experience. The employers are so welcoming and patient with customers and they are very well organized as well. The employees are gentle with their job, such as when they are doing your manicure and pedicure, they are not rough with it, they are really great with what they do. Overall, I would say DT nails is a great and welcoming nail salon and I would recommend people to visit!
Beauty Secret Nail Spa - Fremont Bernardett Pereira: I have always had a great experience. Hanna is amazing with pedicures takes her time and the massage is the best!!! Lisa does my dip on my hands she does a great job as well. Its close to my work and I am very happy my friend referred me here
Luxes Nails & Spa - Fremont Kayla: I really enjoyed my time here. Everyone was very nice and the place was beautiful. I had a pedicure and manicure done and they both turned out amazing. The new red pedicure chairs felt very luxurious and they’ve gained my loyalty!
Yvonne’s Nails Fremont - Fremont Patricia Carter: I have been coming to Yvonnes nails for the past 20 years strong. I have never had a bad experance or nail design.
