5 /5 Corrinne: My car died on me this Sunday afternoon after running some errands and I had no idea what to do. A friend mentioned using a mobile mechanic before, so I Google searched and thankfully ended up calling A1 over the other competition.
Josh answered my call, assured he would come take a look after getting some basic info and he was an absolute delight. Such a nice, genuine man who wanted to help get me back on the road. At first it seemed that I needed a jump to get back on the road, but he assured me that if it happened again he would come out and replace my battery.
Lo and behold, it happened to me again at the grocery store. I called Josh right away and he was so willing to help get my battery changed out and this was at peak 3-4 afternoon time on a Sunday. He had great communication as he was traveling, was up front about costs and you can tell he is THE car man.
He made the experience so comfortable and kept my stress at bay by making friendly conversation, walking me through what he was doing, and even sharing his knowledge with me on other car related fixes that were beneficial to me. There was never pressure to add any additional services, but he did advise me on some things he noticed. I feel that he is someone I would 100% trust to care for my car in the future.
I thank you so very much for spending a big chunk of your Sunday helping me out of my mini nightmare. Your kindness and genuine personality meant so much.
I highly recommend calling A1 whenever you are in need of a repair or maintenance. Ask for Josh! He was awesome.
