Dan Nabel: 5+ years ago I took a chance on BVA rather than going to my local Lexus dealer, as I was accustomed to doing (the free, fresh cookies were nice) and I am so thankful that I did. Not only is BVA cheaper and faster, but you immediately get a feeling of 100% trust from these people. A small business with the same faces day in and day out. I now take my Honda Accord and Lexus RX 350 there for regular maintenance and all major repair work. Never once have I regretted it. I miss the fresh-made cookies from my Lexus dealership, but I absolutely love the people, prices and service at BVA and, again, I have TOTAL trust and confidence in them. Theres really no comparison.

Walter Hernandez: Stay away from this place. I took my car from transmission job. It took them a month to get my car back. 3 times I pick up my car and I had to tow the car back to them each time.Transmission was never the same. Months after the transmission broke again. Took it back to them and they told me that the problem was the computer in the transmission and they don’t do that work. I paid almost $4,000 for a horrible job and waste of time time. Oil change or something simple it’s fine but big jobs forge it. Stay away

Sean Ryan: Gio’s service for me was legit 10/10. I slept in late and missed texting him bc we were planning on 10am, he was polite and got there around 2pm to fix my battery after a AAA guy misdiagnosed me AND he also used technological/locksmithing abilities to resynchronize a new “indie” key set with the ones that came with the car to get it working, because sometimes Toyota would lock you out through the car computer so you have to go to the dealership and pay $$$. I will definitely be using Gio for any future issues I have and be recommending him to friends/family. (Yes this is a legit, not paid-for review haha). Thanks brother, keep grinding!

I have an older 2012 Kia Soul and when it comes to major repairs, VMAC has always proven to be honest about necessary repairs versus a service that can wait. Fernando also provides excellent future service advice about oil changes, etc. Also, I take the AAA approved status as helpful and with a great guarantee of work should something happen. I also recommend you plan and make an appointment. Drop off your car in the morning and hope to pick it up before closing. I recommend you make on your appt on a weekday instead of a weekend.
