5 /5 Dan Nabel: 5+ years ago I took a chance on BVA rather than going to my local Lexus dealer, as I was accustomed to doing (the free, fresh cookies were nice) and I am so thankful that I did. Not only is BVA cheaper and faster, but you immediately get a feeling of 100% trust from these people. A small business with the same faces day in and day out. I now take my Honda Accord and Lexus RX 350 there for regular maintenance and all major repair work. Never once have I regretted it. I miss the fresh-made cookies from my Lexus dealership, but I absolutely love the people, prices and service at BVA and, again, I have TOTAL trust and confidence in them. Theres really no comparison.

5 /5 Larry Falkin: After nearly being scammed at the Toyota dealer service department (they tried to tell me that I needed $1,500.00 of unnecessary work) I called BVA to double check. My car has 50,000 miles and those services are done at 100,000 miles. When my wife’s car needed service we went to BVA. They were honest, kept their promises and did a great job. We will be coming here from now on.

5 /5 Colin Madden: I went into BVA Auto on a recommendation from a friend - my Prius (2013) had a check engine light on. Never a good sign, and we were about to move. Manuel met me at the door, asked a few questions, then determined it was likely just a loose gas cap. Sure enough. He didnt charge me a dime, and they reset my check engine light while they were added. Honest folks are still around in the Auto Mechanic field. These guys are the real deal.

5 /5 Bill F.: Professional, courteous, honest, fair, fast.... You can tell a lot about a place by the way it looks and feels. Clean, uncluttered, manicured, orderly -- like a well-run OR in a first rate hospital. You can also get a real idea of the quality of the care when you are treated courteously and professionally. And the service and work is top rate.... If you are lucky enough to have an auto repair facility like BVA in your life, well, you are lucky! Wish I had found them years ago....

5 /5 Zoran Milosavljevic: I came in for a break job, I let my rears go too far they came up with a fix that was far more reasonable than the dealer and got it done quickly, while my car might be still under warranty I will be going here for all of my basic maintenance from now on. Once my car is out of warranty they will most likely be reparing it also.
