Dwayne Hunt Ive stopped in just 3 weeks ago without an appointment because of brake issues with my 2016 tundra and they took the time to inspect my brakes and also found the time to replace my rotors and brake pad at a reasonable price ...I would highly recommend this shop to all of my friends and family. Tucked 50 Do not use for Any sort of business tbe owner is a scammer.. i had my girlfriend bring a perfect condition car on no lights No issues. Brand new suspension. Motor. Trans. Drive shaft. Everything brand new. Brand new big brake kit On a newer car for a brake and lamp inspection Mind you the vehicle was totaled out due to theft no other issues or problems. I have the car fax and proof. The cars chassis has 90k miles. Perfectly straight body not a ding or a light out. I had one small chip on the front windshield on the passenger side top right corner. That is barely visible. Aswell as one of the wheel well plastics were missing. As I am a mechanic i would not recommend this place by any means as I had only taken the vehicle here for state inspection they are scammers customers be aware. They lie about the pricing and with hold information. They simply failed the car for my girlfriend assuming they would be able to take advantage of her and charged her 300$ for a basic vehicle inspection that were told would only be 307$ if we passed. We were told it was 120$ if it failed and later on they back stepped on the 120$ and said it was 300$... even though the car had failed. Sadly I had sent my girlfriend in because it was a car I had built for her. And they chose to try to take advantage of her saying that if they fix it they wont charge her a extra 100$ fee for the retest instead she just pay them for the labor of installing the windshield and replacing the wheel well plastics.... this place is a scam and the owner will be hearing from me in small claims court

Elaine Ribeiro I took my car for a new catalytic converter. He charged me $660. & told me I needed a $2500 valve job. I asked for my old catalytic converter. I always ask auto repair shops for my old parts. He told me it was illegal because they have serial numbers on them. I insisted to no avail. I took my vehicle back to my mechanic. He couldn’t do car work because he doesn’t have the welding machine. So he put the machine on my vehicle immediately. We got the same readings. Before I took my vehicle to GUMAROs. He told me to buy my own catalytic converter which I did. & take it to a muffler shop in town. When the muffler Machanic lifted my vehicle. He called me to come look. I had an after market part on my vehicle. Which I replaced years earlier. & a factory part which was supposed to be replaced by GUMARO. I went back to GUMARO and he lied to my face and told me he never said it was illegal to give me my old part and he lied to me about doing the work. I filed a complaint with the AUTOMOTIVE STATE BAR ASSOCIATION. GUMARO said it happened to far back he doesn’t have the records. LIAR & the inspector asked for the recycling receipt and he couldn’t produce that either. The inspector knew he was LYING. It’s such a pathetic thing to do. I’m disabled and of limited income. I HAVENT been able to pay what it takes to get my vehicle on the road. Times are already difficult., I tell everyone I know not to go to this shop.

Michael Kobayashi After botching-up a DIY paint job on my side fenders, I was looking for a savior to correct the problem and thereafter install them. Hillcrest Auto Lounge matched the paint perfectly and install the fenders to my liking. It was touch and go for a minute because the parts were aftermarket; and every car enthusiast knows that it can sometimes be a challenge with the fitment. Brittany Ewing Found this place a few months ago. This is my second oil change here!! Mike is soooo nice!! Appreciate his customer service and they are pretty fast with service when you make an appt. My mom’s car had the plastic part come off it and they helped her fix it. They always take care of me and my family!! I found my mechanic for life!! Great service great quality, and amazing people!! Thanks for always taking care of me and my car!! Best place ever!!

John Paul Johnson He doesn’t have insurance. One of his workers caused his shop to catch fire and burn. My car was totaled because this. I used my insurance to pay for the damages because he doesn’t have any. Andy wasn’t able to pay anyone back. Several cars burned and all he did was nothing. California law requires shops to have liability. Now I’m responsible for the cost of repairs, and many other people. If he breaks your car, insurance won’t cover it (just like mine). Don’t go to this place. If he messes up or his shop burned again you’re on your own. This guy only cares about money. His shop totaled my car and he won’t even message me back. Please go to a different place.

Everyone was kind and helpful from day 1. I received text messages when my car returned from the alignment shop, and continued to receive text messages as the car worked its way through the entire process of being fixed. My car went in in a Monday afternoon and I had the car back that Friday. They even washed it for me! Id recommend this ship to anyone, and 100% would return there if I needed to. 4 before pictures, and then the finished photo!

Anthony Topete In regards to Sharifullah mamond.yes you came in for a estimate.one was giving and you did not want to pay the price.even though you had tremandice damage to ur exhast system both muffler resonator and a smashed pipe.all you wanted to pay was $100 knowing you needed a new exhast system but we worked with you and adjusted both side and welded a new piece were it was smashed.completly did more work then the $120 you payed.

Louise Moore After many years of excellent service they have kept my car for over a year and euill not return it we are in our 80!s and our car only had 10,532 miles on it because we dont go out much we do need it for trips for brain tumor care in San Bruno and Redwood City He has been fully paid over a year ago I hv permission from dmv to drive it without the tags we told him and showed him the paper He did say hed bring it a few months ago but did not show up He needs to return our car as it it hurting us financially as well as causing us extreme stress Im 82 with a recurrent brain tumor My husband is 85 and hes a veteran dmv is charging us penalties for not smogging the car They threatened to confiscate our property I sent know bill was even late from last time I am sick with constant head aches from all this worry about our red 2011 Chevrolet Malibu we left there to be smogged we paid him over $6.000.00 I forgot to add that our car never failed emissions on smog test it was a computer motor response issue because we did not drive it enough even though months before we had been to Redwood City and San Bruno cancer center for brain surgeries Roesberries was where we took it after it failed at smog only station we had paid that guy smog fee too Roesberries said my tires were too old and had to buy new tires before they could test drive on freeway I told him yes to put on new tires and fix anything else to make our car like the new car it was it was put on my credit card I have proof we paid him he will not return our car and we worry its stolen or wrecked police would not take police report either they say its a civil issue because we left it there voluntarily our car is or was clean and like brand new when we left it there he has both our car fobs because he had a computer expert come there to program car and fobs part of our cost it hurt we are now broke because of illness and my disabilities our life savings is gone insurance wont pay us for storm damages Many worries that we never expected in our old age I will try to call police again I left two messages on Roesberries phone today he has nor responded my husband and daughter went over there last week when it said OPEN on website, it was closed No one was there to demand our car I am going to have to try again to make a police report new mayor may have different views not right for any business to remain open while they rob people of their automobiles and money too!! He lied to others about work he did no doubt he did not deserve the money we paid him if he did he would be proud to bring our car home This is heartbreaking!

After this happened, we took our car to a certified mechanic and he confirmed someone tampered with the gear shift box. In the past, they use to be great and honest mechanics! Im not sure what changed, but we will NOT be going back!

Monique Violago Just rude. I called for a tire that I needed immediately, but they didn’t have. He insisted on ordering it for me and it would take 2 days. I couldn’t wait, I needed one asap. I told him it was ok and thanked him. He just hung up in my face. No thank you. No goodbye. Just hung up. Now if I don’t luck up and get a tired immediately and will have to wait, I definitely wouldn’t call them back and give them my money.

Norma Scott I would never use this mobile service again, although part of the service I paid for was done satisfactorily, I paid around $200 for a full diagnostic service that was never completed, I’ve reached out several times with no response. I am now having to pay for full diagnostic service over again, needless to say I feel like I got ripped off, bad way to do business

Jemellee Manaoat So we took our car here to get an estimate to get fixed and we were able to ahead and drop the car off. The service this far is great. They came out right away to look at the car and wrote up paper work. I can’t remember the service reps name but he was very polite and helpful. I can’t let you know the quality or value of service quite fully because we just dropped the car. But I will do an update once we get the car back. However, customer service is excellent! The building is nice and clean, and if you have wait there is a very nice lounging/lobby area. They also offer coffee and tea while you wait. That’s pretty cool. Oh one last thing they offered a shuttle service as well. So more to come on this review…
