1 /5 Dennis Hemmenway: This place is gross. If you like your food to squirt grease when you bite it then this is the place for you. Onion ring and hamburger grease was dripping down my hand. All the flies in the place seemed to love the grease as they kept landing on my hand. The customer service girls at the front counter are so rude too. Never again!!

1 /5 Qudrat Rahimi: Ordered 2 6 oz burger,2 small fries and 2 small drinks. And extra onions and light spread on one of the burger. The lady seem annoyed when she repeated to the cook! There was only one other person waiting for food. I get my food and there was no onions and I was not feeling it because I had to go the booth to order after it asked for a tip when a tip was not warranted but I still tipped 10% on a meal that cost $35.00 when I could have went to in-an- out and paid $20. Anyways I went and told them they forgot my onions and the Hispanic lady had an attitude! When she brought my onions on a plate and just threw it on the table like it was free lunch from the school cafeteria! She didnt apologize or anything! That place sucks as far as price and service!

5 /5 Rebecca Knoblauch: Today we had bacon cheeseburgers which were tasty and juicy. The onion rings were fried to golden perfection. We enjoyed the holiday decorations as well.

Took someone a while to greet us and take our order but thats understandable considering it was about 4-5 orders in front of us.... they seemed short staffed. The burgers were great and the fries were hot. I asked for a ranch and was charged $1 per container. I dont understand if someone spends $40 on 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and 1 French fry.... why would they be charged for 1 condiment? I understand that every dollar counts but thats ridiculous. If you have to charge 1$ for the container, maybe you should do smaller servings and give away a courtesy container per customer before charging. This practice alone will drive a potential, repeated costumer away. Not saying I will not return, but Ill think twice.
