4 /5 Katy Wells: I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of wait for a table; we were seated immediately. Our waitress promptly took our food and drink orders, but we didn’t see her again until our food arrived. While we did receive some delicious bread, it was a bit hard rather than the soft texture I had expected. Unfortunately, our drinks went empty and we didn’t get a refill until our meals were served. The waitress didn’t seem very happy about getting us a refill either, and I had to scan the rewards myself at the main counter. Having visited before and traveling two hours to get there, I was disappointed by the service this time. I may not return for a while, especially with another restaurant nearby in the Galleria.
