5 /5 Choco Le Chien: Enjoyed the lunch specials on a rainy January weekend. We had the Louisiana chicken pasta, Spicy Rigatoni vodka, and cheesecake for dessert. The hot chamomile tea, served with honey & lemon was soothing while the Tropical smoothie was refreshing. Since there was only 2 of us, there was no wait. Large groups might want to get a reservation as its always busy on weekends.

4 /5 Lillian Meza: I stopped by the Cheesecake Factory in Glendale last weekend and had a great time with the family. I usually go with the pastas, they have a wide and vast variety, chicken parmesan is one of my favs, the only thing is the menu at the same time is very extensive that sometimes I get lost, but as far as the taste and size of the dishes the portions are plentiful and tasty. This las time I was there I ordered the Chicken Madeira with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, and it was rich & savory. My mom got one of their cheesecakes for dessert which was creamy just like you’d hope. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt, even though the place was busy, definitely part of the rotation of restaurants I hang out at.

Their service is 100% professional the workers are very polite and respectful to their customers the bathrooms are super clean. I really enjoyed my moment with all my beautiful family..

3 /5 HAYDER YAHYA AL SHAHEEN: On August 26, 2025, we visited The Cheesecake Factory in Los Angeles to celebrate my birthday. While this restaurant has a great reputation, our experience here was very disappointing. The food prepared by the chef that day was of poor quality, which unfortunately ruined what should have been a special family occasion. That said, I must give credit to the server who took care of us — his hospitality and assistance were 100% excellent. What makes this even more surprising is that we always order the same meals at The Cheesecake Factory in Washington Square, Portland, and they are always outstanding there. Sadly, our visit to Los Angeles turned out to be a failed experience.
