5 /5 kathy kim caldwell: I love this place!
I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed them sooner (perhaps subconsciously I was trying to ensure they weren’t sold out of all of their food by the time I get there!?) but they deserve all of the praise they get for their food and service.
Their kimbap is the closest I have had to my mom’s homemade, and their tuna mayo kimbap made me tear up recently because that was a special one my mom used to make for my dad before she passed away last year.
It’s clear the food is made with care and the intention is to create authentic and at home flavors. Which they nail-at least from my 45+ years on this planet eating Korean food. I also appreciate some of the fusion dishes and soups, as they also ring true to the food from my travels in Asia.
Everything is quality, packaged well and served with friendliness.
They do have very limited seating so that’s the only downside; plan accordingly! But I personally like to take my food to go and curl up on the couch with my eyes closed savoring every bite. Reminds me of home!
