5 /5 P Wong: The gimmick of this franchise is that food is served on hot cast-iron plates, hence the "sizzling". It results in butter-burned texture on the rice and meat, definitely not something you can experience from an average takeout place. The food itself is solid and filling, but comes with almost no seasoning by default. Even though the dishes are named "pepper" dishes they have zero noticeable kick. You have to add salt and pepper to give the food some real pop. Presumably the spicy dishes come with more pepper. The restaurant staff was attentive. Ordering is done by scanning a QR code at the table, but payment is done at the cashier.
