5 /5 Tommy H: I am so glad Forest&Flour is back and open for dinner! Sway always makes everyone feel welcomed, whether youre a regular or not. You can taste the love everyone puts in the food... healthy and delicious. I would definitely recommend dining in if you have the time.

We are a family with dairy and gluten allergies and their cakes are the only ones that we will order now. We think they taste better than cakes with dairy and gluten and those who don’t have allergies love them too.

The staff was lovely, the ambience was beautiful, and we felt very at peace while enjoying our treats. My husband and I tried the avocado toast (without egg), pumpkin chocolate muffin, chocolate cake, matcha oat latte and coffee oat latte. There were other cakes, breads, and drinks available for vegans, too. Everything tasted great, and we particularly loved the chocolate cake. We spent $56, and tip was included.
