1 /5 Brenn Alaric: I really wanted to like this place—after all, a 4.7 rating usually means you’re in for something special. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the hype, and most of the disappointment came directly from the food.
First, the portion sizes were comically small. I don’t mind paying a bit more for quality, but the prices here simply don’t match what you actually get. When my plate arrived, I genuinely thought it was an appetizer. For what they charge, you expect something more substantial—or at least satisfying.
The biggest letdown, though, was the so-called “fish sandwich.” What I received wasn’t a fillet or even a recognizable cut of fish—it was essentially a ground fish patty that tasted every bit as unappetizing as it sounds. The texture was mushy, the flavor was off, and the whole thing felt like a low-effort shortcut rather than a signature menu item.
I went in with high hopes, but unfortunately the food didn’t deliver. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but based on my visit, the ratings didn’t reflect the actual experience.
