2 /5 Charles Morse: Ive been here 2 times now. On trip 1, we found out that the portions were small and prices are high. The mini pizza was adequate, the quesadilla was well stuffed, and the specialty drinks were tasty and beautiful. That said, my girlfriends salmon was dry, flavorless, and all of the sides were cold and bad. 3/10 that trip.
Trip 2 last month though? Dear God. The WORST spring rolls I have ever had. Like, OFFENSIVELY bad. They clearly dont understand how to wrap rolls because they came out looking like soggy trashbags that immediately fell apart, and then tasted like NOTHING. No clear marinate on the tofu, no dressing or pickled ingredients for acid, and the tahini was somehow flavorless. It tasted like thick water (thick with what, idk. Nothing flavorful). 2/10 that trip because the drinks were still solid and customer service was good.
Also, I dont know a single person living locally that likes their food. Which is sadly par for Quincy, but still, Google a YouTube recipe or something my guy!
That said, they have an excellent atmosphere, good seating setup, and seem to really care about supporting vulnerable communities, which is SO crucial in this area... But the food needs to improve. Especially for those prices.
