2 /5 Vince Ray: Been a local for some time now, every time I come is out of wishing progression has been made. Should start by saying a decent tap selection- which is the second star. However the pizza is less than a pizza and more of a cracker with subpar toppings. It isn’t New York, nor tavern style, I’m not sure what really type of pizza to call it- but it is lacking a few things; seasoning, respect for the practice, and a ode to locality. It’s almost as the dough had been bought at a box supply store, with canned veg atop, and baked to accommodate the masses.
This is not a dog at the establishment at all- this is a review to perhaps have the chance for the pizza chef (a student at a reputable institution, if I am correct), to give both the locals and visitors a decent pie- for the high, high price at $11.50 a slice.
