4 /5 Ben M: Let’s start with the not-so-great points: The wait times here are very long. We had signed up for a table outside, but unfortunately, we ended up inside because others who arrived after us were seated ahead of us. That was disappointing, especially since we had to sit indoors when time got tight. Oh, and they forgot to prepare one of our dishes – a breakfast sandwich. To their credit, even though the kitchen was already closed, they still went out of their way to make it for us, which was really nice.
Now, onto the good stuff – and there’s a lot! Their coffee is absolutely amazing, brewed with a La Marzocco espresso machine that delivers every time. The food? Outstanding. The grilled cheese sandwich is a masterpiece (seriously, I’m a fan), and the pudding is also excellent.
Yes, the place is wildly expensive, but despite everything, I’d definitely go back. The quality of the coffee and food makes it worth a visit, even if you need to pack a little extra patience.
