1 /5 NameLess F: This place let me down last night. I usually get Nalu twice a month but I don’t know if I’ll ever return. I ordered through doordash 30 minutes before they closed and to my suprise most of the meat came back cold. I was frustrated as this was my dinner. By the time the food had gotten to me, the restraunt was already closed. I’m truly disheartened as I used to love this place. How could you throw some cold meat that’s not even edible in someones order because it was close to closing time. I work really hard to earn my money. The food and hospitality is great but this was horrible service. A warning to everybody, DO NOT order from them within an hour from close. Go in person and get your food made right.
