Applebees Grill + Bar - Yuba City (CA)

1 /5 Haziel Tolentino: I went here with my girlfriend again and was expecting good food and service since last time it was below subpar. They took forever to bring our drinks out, we waited another 30 minutes on top of that for appetizers. Overall it took about an hour and ten minutes to get our food. When we finally got our food which was the chicken Parmesan pasta, some parts were undercooked and had cold areas. Until the service and quality improves, I will not be coming back here anytime soon. I went here to give it a redo from last time and this time it was even worst than the last.

1 /5 Brian Lowe: I usually don’t leave a review but the last 3/4 times over a period of a year of going to Applebees in Yuba City the waiting time to even be seated is 20/30 minutes and the restaurant is over half empty and the time it takes to order food is another 20 plus minutes so on 1/10/26 the 4 of us go to Applebees around 2:00 for a late lunch and there is about 8 people waiting and restaurant is at about 25% of capacity and the hostess tells us it’s going to be a 30 minute wait and my wife says there is 15 tables right here that are empty why is there a wait? Hostess says because we don’t have enough cooks or servers. They just did a major remodel on this restaurant and not enough staff?We went down the street to Chilis and were seated right away and served right away and their restaurant was at 75% capacity and great service and food. I use to enjoy going to Applebees but will not be going back there

5 /5 MM D: Went here this past Sunday for my son‘s birthday and when I tell you, we had the most amazing staff ever, that is not an understatement by any means. It was just me and my three kiddos, which means by nature going out to dinner was very hectic, but the staff handled everything my kids threw their way in stride! Our waiter, Jeremy, did all he could to make sure we all felt comfortable and had an amazing experience as well! I normally do not write reviews of any kind but after the experience we had, I needed to share this with the world! THANK YOU JEREMY! Your hospitality is appreciated more than I can express!

5 /5 Mary P: Visited June 20th..see my receipt. I stopped in for the first time at the Yuba City location. I wanted a quick bite before getting back on the road. TAD was my server/bartender and he was very pleasant and attentive! I ordered my favorite..pub pretzels with 2 dipping sauces! They were good as usual and I had the rest packed up for later. The place is very clean ( much cleaner than the Oroville Applebees!) and the employees were all very friendly! Bathroom squeaky clean! There is alot of tvs to watch sports or whatever you are into. Full bar and massive drink menu! They have happy hour specials as well! My experience was a very positive one and will definitely be back!

5 /5 billy ja: jocelyn/ joselyn was our server, super attentive and outgoing love her personality! we got our food and drinks at a very timely matter as well. when i come again i am definitely going back to her!
