Main Question:
Is the food worth the price?
Answer: it was delicious. In california, yes this is worth $109. We ordered quite a bit of food.

Food: Just take a look at how much food that you receive from the images.
The Pho was absolutely delicious. The Sashimi was spot on and tasted very fresh. I was able to try some fish that I had not tried before. The sizes of the Sashimi were enormous.
The sushi rolls were more on the Bland side. I ordered a California roll and a 49ers. I was not really impressed with either of them. However the texture of them held out well. They were very well made. It was the taste or lack thereof for which I had an issue.
Atmosphere:
I liked the atmosphere.
Cleanliness:
The plates were cleaned. The silverware was clean. The glasses were clean. The bathroom needs some help. The toilet was dirty and we were the only ones here, the bathroom needed to be cleaned. The sink had dirty hands all over it. I almost didnt want to wash my hands in it.
Service: Crystal was fantastic. She was the first server in a decade to ask if we wanted the ginger and wasabi, which we never eat and always forget to tell the server not to bring it.
Price:
This meal was $109.87 before tip
Recommended: if you are traveling down 101 north in California or 101 South in California and youre near the North State Street exit which I believe is 554 the stop into to Miss Saigon. Theyve been in business since 2019 at this location.
