4 /5 Shubham Kamdi: I absolutely loved the chicken shawarma plate; the meat was perfectly seasoned and had those crispy, caramelized edges from the spit that I always look for. I paired it with the grilled veggie bowl, which was surprisingly hearty and full of that signature mesquite char that makes Mazra’s grill work so distinct. To round out the meal, I had to try the Halloomi rolls—they are these incredibly crispy, golden-brown pastry rolls stuffed with savory fillings that provide the perfect crunch alongside the softer dips.
To wash it all down, I grabbed the banana date shake, and it was easily the highlight of the meal for me. It’s thick, naturally sweet from the dates, and doesnt feel as heavy or artificial as a standard milkshake. Everything I ordered felt fresh and high-quality, though the portions were so generous that I ended up taking half of the shawarma home. If youre going for the first time, that shake is a non-negotiable—it’s the perfect cooling balance to the spicy, smoky flavors of the grill.
