5 /5 Laura Ledfoot: Went with a neighbor, food was great, drinks good, $50 for the 2 of us, and entertainment !! Really neat decor inside, friendly waitresses, music wonderful- band with horns percussion and more. I had jalepeno margarita and a mango habanero tostada Im still eating leftovers from. Lots of groups including families come in especially later, so great vibe and we even danced a little. Great vibe, good spot to unwind & relax a little! Hope to come back.

3 /5 Raymond Garcia: Went to MARISCOS EL CHAKA at 12174 Hesperia Rd in Victorville, CA today and wasnt as pleased as I have been in past visits to this resturaunt. To begin with let me first say that this place was nice and clean and service was pretty good. There was also plenty of seating offering both booths and tables.They also had a stage area and live band playing which was nice. After being seated we were served chips and the salsa was served in one of those little plastic "to go" containers. (NOTE TO OWNER: PLEASE DONT BE STINGY WITH THE DAM SALSA, WE PAID OVER $100 TO EAT HERE). We ordered the Carne Asada with Shrimp plate. It came with rice, beans, carne asada, shrimp, tortillas and a small salad and was pretty good. We also ordered a dozen oysters in the shell but were disappointed at what we were served. As you can see from the picture they were extremely small oysters and in my opinion, not worth the $28.00 per dozen. I also ordered a El CHAKA Cocktail at $28.00 and was even more disappointed to find there was no scallops, no oysters, no abalone, no baby clams and no imitation crab. They served me a cocktail with only vegetables, shrimp and pieces of octopus, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE. Definitely not a El CHAKA cocktail but my receipt says it was and they definitely charged me for one. Yes, I could have complained but I really didnt want to make it a unpleasant dinning experience for the person I had brought. I hate to leave such a bad review but you guys can do better. 2 /5 Chris Williams: The food itself was just okay—not terrible, but nothing memorable. What really brought the experience down was the poor service. Our server seemed uninterested and inattentive, and we ended up waiting longer than expected for basic things like water refills and the check. For the prices they charge, I expected a much better overall experience. The menu was also a bit disappointing. It was heavily focused on seafood, which is fine, but I was hoping to try more of their traditional dishes and had trouble finding any. With very few options outside of seafood, the selection felt limited. Another red flag was the atmosphere. During dinner, there were only two other people in the entire restaurant. In hindsight, that should have been a sign of what we were about to experience. To top it all off, they charged $6 for a simple bottle of beer, which felt unreasonable given everything else. Overall, the food was average, the service was below average, and the pricing was above average—a combination I wouldn’t return for.

2 /5 Shane Fuller: We used to love coming here so much that we would come 2-3 times a week. At some point about 2 years ago they became very hit and miss with their food so much that we didn’t go for atleast a year maybe year and a half. We went back and their food tasted really good but the portions have been cut in half, the chips and salsa size is something a taco shop would give 1 person with their tacos with a tiny little to go cup with salsa. They used to serve a proper size chips and salsa for a restaurant of their caliber. They still charge top prices and have even gone up over last 2-3 years but they have gotten obviously skimpy. We ordered guacamole and it was more like tomato salad with avacado. In short it’s not what it used to be and we will not be returning. This particular night we almost didn’t go and immediately knew we made the wrong choice going once they brought our chips and salsa.

5 /5 Richard Hermosillo: The seafood was flavorful pretty good Id say. My favorite were the shrimp empanadas. The chaka mariscos was really good also has good flavor.
