3 /5 V L: Upon arrival service on a Saturday afternoon was almost non existent. Bartenders saw us multiple times and didnt acknowledge us until the 4th eye contact. After being seated service improved from a young blonde girl. Thank You. My wife ordered the grilled salmon citrus salad and I got the meatball marinara sandwich. My wife said her salad was pretty good. My sandwich had 4 large meatballs (nice) and was big however there was no presence of marinara. The sauce looked and tasted like canned diced tomatoes with no seasoning. The meatballs by themselves were very good but was not complimented with the so called marinara. Maybe the spaghetti has real marinara. The fries came out hot and crispy and with a little extra salt saved my lunch. I took a couple meatballs home, added real marinara and was happy. All in all unfortunately I would say this sandwich is a 3.4 but with a real sauce could easily be a 4.7 or more.

3 /5 Nicholas Nilsen: Came here for lunch on a Saturday. My wife daughter and I ordered calamari for an appetizer. It was very salty and the portion was laughable. We ordered a beat salad which was the "special" it arrived with no dressing. We ate it for a while and disliked it very much. It wasnt until I asked the server if it was supposed to come with a vinaigrette or something, when she brought it it truly made the salad go.from hardly palatable to pretty good. My wife had the steak sandwich which was fantastic, simple, cooked perfectly. My daughter had a cheese pizza, the undercarriage was burned badly and while the sauce was fantastic it didnt save the burned taste from the pizza. I had the pulled pork mac and cheese. Fantastic!!! My wife daughter and I noticed a disabled homeless person trying to take shelter under a tree while it was raining outside before we came in. We told them we would bring them some food. I asked our server if she would please get us a second order of the steak sandwich but put it into two boxes split up so I could give a half sandwich to two of the homeless people I saw. As well I split up the french fries for them. The waitress advised us that would be a $5 split plate charge. It seemed very odd to have to mention that. Ive never heard of boxing an order in two boxes costing an additional $5. So I asked her to bring me out the food on a plate so I could put it in the box myself and avoid the $5 up charge which seemed completely unnecessary. Overall the environment and atmosphere was the best part. The cozy fireplace as well as the brick walls work great. The service was subpar and the food was a mix of poor average and fantastic depending on what we were eating. Would I go back? Probably not. Would I warn you against going No. I think theyre capable of much better than they provided today.

4 /5 Tonya Knowles: Food was good. We ordered the pretzel appetizer, which tasted super fresh, like homemade not frozen. The meatball marinara sandwich was a 3.5. The sauce tasted like it was from a can, the meatballs had no seasonings and didnt taste fresh, while the sandwich roll tasted so good, like the bread was fresh and just made and fries tasted just as fresh. The western burger looked as good as it tasted. The food was piping hot too! Definitely not sitting on the warmer waiting for sides. The hostess was super friendly and sat us immediately, however the waitress was short and we felt that we were more of a inconvenience to her. All in all we will try it again.

1 /5 Carlos Goulart: We ordered 2 ribeye diners RARE and it was presented, plated and served well. I liked the atmosphere server and food. The young lady at the reception desk was direct and rude , extremely rude. We arrived at our reservation right on time at 5pm and she greeted us directly by letting me know they have the table booked for 630. With attitude …. She was young and might have much to learn but she sucked the joy out of my dinning experience. Disappointed we had our dinner but will never return thanks to this. I asked if she was open to constructive criticism and she was receptive, explaining the out come she listened and I wish her well. It’s a fine establishment and I hope the best for everyone but myself left dissatisfied after a 200.00 plus bill
