1 /5 Douglas Judson: Outrageous experience to be honest. First time staying at the hotel, two nights, we decided to eat at the Koto buffet. Wasnt that packed, probably 60% capacity, but the buffet was 75% empty tins, all the customers standing around complaining about the lack of food. And it was 6:15 at night, not at closing. After complaining to the manager, sitting around for 45 minutes, and not seeing him do anything to rectify the problem, and being essentially forced to eat stuff we didnt want as thats all there was, we finally asked for our 25 dollars each back. In the meantime they were still allowing many customers in for little food. Ridiculous. Do better Koto. Your closed tommorrow, tuesday. Maybe hire, train more chefs so a buffet actually has ample food as advertised. It was a monday and not that busy. Not sure if I will ever trust them again for a good meal.
