5 /5 Cuauhtémoc Lopez: A friend brought me to try out the brisket sandwiches, and I opted for some mac n cheese as a side. Wow, what a great last meal to bookend a Mammoth trip! The owner recommended we try out the cheddar-jalapeño elk sausage; I’m glad we took him up on it, because it was 10/10 delicious. Highly recommend stopping by and trying out the BBQ here — I know I am (again)!
