5 /5 WT: Were taking a break and wandering Downtown Salinas. Id dined here a few years back, my wife hadnt. Cafe interior, clean and well lit. My wife ordered a vegetable omelette with cheese. The omelette was a decent size with the perfect amount of cheese and some veggies inside. The remaining veggies were diced on top including broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and other veggies. The breakfast also came with fruit on the side and toast. A nice table top item was great jelly from Smuckers that wasnt the normal strawberry and grape jelly. Note, Smuckers and not some off junk brand.
I needed to try every restaurant staple item, the Hamburger! I ordered the party to be prepared medium AND THE GENEROUS PATTY WAS PREPARED MEDIUM!! YEA!! The patty was fresh & juicy! THANK YOU FOR KNOWING HOW TO PREPARE A GREAT BURGER! Note: many restaurants smash the burgers to cook faster...bad practice. THIS BURGER WAS GREAT! Also, the fries were battered, thick, crisp and tasty! Our server, Angie, was great! Very friendly, great smile and fun to banter with. We will definitely recommend Dudleys.
