5 /5 Stacey Mattish: This was my first time here, and I was pleasantly surprised all the way around. The inside is beautifully decorated. Our glasses never got completely emptied and the servers checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. That is impressive today. To top it all off, the food was excellent! Ill definitely come here again. Its so nice to see some good, new restaurants coming into town.

5 /5 Kathy Kessler: Fathers Day brunch at Cosmos was a delight for me and my family. The staff were courteous and attentive, letting us know when she would be back to take our order. There were several large groups, and the chefs kept up with orders, with the wait staff delivering hot fresh food to the guests. I had the Cosmos Omelet. It was delicious! Our family all had a great meal. Thank you for the fantastic food and service

5 /5 BC Christopher: Came on Monday from Chicago and had the tortellini with shrimp in vodka cream sauce. Came back on Wednesday for the Beet and Spinach salad and Atlantic salmon. Both of these meals were amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone that wants a wonderful, classy restaurant with excellent food. Nice servers too.

5 /5 Michele Ross: Came to visit some friends and chose Cosmos. We started with the calamari, burratta, eggplant caprese and and the sangria. So good! Sangría is a must try. Shared a cup of this delicious white bean and lamb soup with the husband. I believe it was a special soup for the night. Absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the oso busco and it blew him away. Better than any place in the bay area hes had. I had the special. The breaded chicken in a marsala sauce with mushrooms was perfectly done. The garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies was so good! Warning! The desserts are made in house and DELICIOUS!! Everyone tried the tiramasu and husband had the bread pudding. He raved about it. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying that burger people in town talk about on our next visit for a lunch. Definitely had leftovers and cant wait to have it for lunch tomorrow. Great job chef!

5 /5 Crave Corner By Mike: We decided to try this unique restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel staff in this cozy, atmospheric town; it felt straight out of a Lifetime movie. Stepping inside gave an inviting speakeasy vibe, with incredible decor and extremely friendly staff who guided us through the evenings specials. I opted for the beef stroganoff, while my wife chose the fruit de mer; both dishes arrived piping hot and executed to perfection. The atmosphere here is unbeatable, and if Im ever back in Hollister, Ill definitely return. Highly recommend!
