5 /5 Fabian: We arrived at a large parking lot with the sun blasting from the sky. The only noise was the slow humming of cars passing by behind us. No person was to be seen, in what was a peak American moment. With the American flag waving across from us, we entered the establishment and were greeted by cold and agreeable AC chilled air. With a friendly nod we were shown to a table. It was 1.30pm on a Sunday, and there were 4 tables occupied. By the door, there was an elderly lady eating with what might be a grand child. In the center of the room, a large group congregated around a big round table (typically Chinese restaurant like, if I may add), with a rotating center. This center is meant for aharing food, but this group was each having their own meal, no center food to be seen. And finally, a group of 4 having a quite discussion
We ordered the Tofu dishes, the waiter was brisk but efficient. As a side we got the fried rice, with vegetables, highly recommended. Our waters were brought out by a Chinese boy, the waters with plenty of ice, and fresh taste.
While waiting for the food we got to appreciate theinterior design, clearly Yosamite themed with many studfed animals, and pictures of scenery. Overall a cozy and calm vibe, where we felt at ease
The food was splendid, well seasoned, and plenty. So much in fact we were able to take almost a full additional meal home with us.
We recommend this place warmly, specially for vegans.
