3 /5 Celeste Covarrubias: I had not been to this spot in a few years, and it’s so much better than I remember it. It’s a nice little place to get some brunch with family or friends. The menu has a variety of options somewhat like every other dinner. Except this is one of the few breakfast places in the Valley where you can get alcoholic beverages, which is nice. I had the mimosa flight and it came with different flavors, (orange and pomegranate was my favorite). For breakfast, I took a chance and went with the huevos rancheros, they were alright, lacked a bit of flavor and not the best I’ve had but I honestly didn’t expect anything authentic or phenomenal. However, I did try some of the chilaquiles that my sister ordered and they were way better. The cinnamon pancakes were delicious and sweet if that’s something you’re craving. I have also tried the Eggs Benedict and that has been my favorite by far.
