4 /5 Isabelle Warnke: My family and I ate here a while ago and I really liked the food here! I had a clam chowder and I ate some of the mini corn dogs and other dishes which my family ordered. The pizzookies are always really good too! I’d definitely recommend eating here!

1 /5 Mariam Moazi: We got chicken, it came with celery! It wasn’t washed properly, the dirt was visible as seen on the picture. I got diarrhea from the food or the unwashed vegetables. My birthday turn to being sick and on the toilet all night. What a shame !!!

2 /5 Mia Huynh: Came here for a work dinner and we had an alright time. We ordered a variety of drinks, appetizers, and entrees and were (overall) very underwhelmed. Their wine selection was okay and drinks were alright (would not recommend their espresso martini). I enjoyed their appetizers more than their mains, and would recommend their brussel sprouts and ahi poke. I got their sirloin steak and shrimp scampi combo for my entree and was heavily disappointed. My order came out MUCH later than the rest of my table (some of my peers already finished their meals by the time mine came). Moreover, I did not receive the shrimp scampi AND despite having ordered the steak rare, it came well done and was very tough. I could not eat it. Service was very polite though. Overall, I had a very underwhelming time here and would not come back.

5 /5 Douglas Carey: The food and drink options were very good. The server did everything she could to make sure our dining experience was pleasurable. Great place to eat and decent pricing. My only gripe as you eat garlic bread or you get nothing. No bread options. The server took a sandwich apart and toasted the bread so I could have a piece.

5 /5 Shanika Reece: Omg !!!I can’t say how excellent the service and food is every single time my family and I come to BJs in Newark. All the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu and new items to suggest. My server today was Jessica L. And she was a GEM and wish I could experience her pleasant personality each time. From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile by Maharshi ho seated us. And then here came the smile and patient Jessica L who came ready to serve and leave us with a satisfying dining experience. She went above and beyond! And I noticed the manager Brandon from another location and spoke with him about how well his restaurant runs and his staff of these amazing people exceeded my expectations as it does every time.
