Baron Long Bar & Grill - Alpine (CA)

4 /5 C Harrison: Food is fairly priced for what you receive. Many tempting menu items. We ordered the Fish & Chips, which was weird: too much dough drowning out the tiny piece of fish inside + batter was not what youd expect for Fish & Chips. Dough used was more like that of a fritter. Desserts: Boudino Parfait was a 7/10 & the Chocolate Cake was dry- 5/10. Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits were only worth mentioning with the honey butter on them. Service from our own server was good- she was spread far too wide to give us prompt attention, but she was awesome when she was there. (Dont bother trying to get ANY other server to help you- they ignore everyone who isnt their table & even when we asked one for malt vinegar, the gal never brought it. They also avoid eye contact with you. So much for teamwork?) Not sure if wed ever go back to Baron, but if we do, were getting a highly visible table and not ordering fried fish!

5 /5 Anthony M.: This place comes in very handy late night in case you forgot to eat dinner. There are many choices on the menu so you wont be disappointed. Great Ceasar Salad! The Fish and Chips are great also. Pizza is very good! This place also serves a decent breakfast! Inside Viejas Casino.

4 /5 Greg Cobb: Food and location were solid A, drinks A, and service was A. The setup is nice, gave off the impressive of a steakhouse. It was a quiet location. The price point is consistently lower than a night out, and yes, that includes adult beverages.

5 /5 deisi torres: Food is great and service is A+++. The restaurant is nice, and the outside area looks even better. It has a great atmosphere. The price point is consistently lower than a night out in other places, the crème brûlée is so good we had to order two.
