Applebees Grill + Bar - El Centro (CA)

3 /5 Benjamin B: Food took so long. Then the burger we got didnt taste good. The vegetables looked either old or over cooked. We got a refund. The server was always profecional dealed withe the matter in a good manner.

5 /5 Norma Parra: Food was great, service was better than most places. I took my toddlers w no entertainment. The food was fast enough that they ate and were good. The white queso & wonton tacos are a favorite! We tried the nachos, they were okay.

1 /5 Avery Davis: So I went to Applebees not my first choice since its rep is as bad as it is, I mean look at the reviews if you don’t believe me. More than half say the service was terrible, but back to me. Genuinely the worst service ever, and they’ve forgotten my order at a different restaurant before, because how is it possible I waited 45 minutes for a damn dessert?? I know I shouldn’t be spoiled and expect it in 5 but 45 minutes for a chocolate cake I could’ve got at jack still leaves me in shock. Like did they milk the cows? Did they harvest the wheat? I genuinely would like to know because it’s a question I have till this day. We reminded the staff three times and they still took their time so Applebees, I won’t be going back.

5 /5 Whitney CM: The food was great and so was service. The only complaint I have is the flies, I had to stop eating and go home because it was overwhelming how many flies were trying to get on our food.

1 /5 Beauty-Bon Bon: Idk what has happened to Applebees. I had not gone in sooo long and had a few friends tell me they go for drinks and its a "vibe". It was late evening. Empty. We walked in and the host told us it was a 15 min wait. Then saw us looking around at the empty restaurant and he said yea I know it looks empty...but its 1 server and all this section is closed....and thats closed..and thats closed.....and the bartender cant tend to you because shes doing to go orders....after 15min we were seated...the server took another 10min to come take drinks. Another 10min to bring them, brought the wrong drink to me, she went to redo it herself since the bartender was busy. Came back...almost spilled her tray of drinks on us...took our order...forgot the wings...never came to check in ..food was another 45min...spinach dip cold...chips stale...we had asked for extra plates....another 10min....it was a nightmare. There was about 3 other ppl in the restaurant at this point all at the bar...they looked very sad and drunk and honestly at one point I just really took in the whole look of the environment..it was depressing..sad...smelled like dirty mop water...I TO THIS DAY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE VIBE IS PPL COME HERE FOR BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT IT. I REMEMBER whyy I had not been back in so long. Nooo thank you.
