1 /5 mason ll: Worst card room I’ve been too. I went here to play blackjack and the dealer, an Asian female was extremely rude when I wanted to take my time, as I was new to the game. She would literally roll her eyes at me and frown. As a result even though I walked in with 50 and walked out with 90 I still didn’t leave a tip for the attitude. My cousin also decided to play and when she tried to purchase chips she made a comment about how she could have just given me the cash and bought my chips instead, which I understand but it’s non of her damn business how we are going to manage our chips or how we would like to bet or buy chips to play the game. I even remember another player even telling her “he’s just asking” when she had an attitude over me asking how much the minimum bet on the buster bet was. I understand it’s a fast paced game and she might be even doing that to get higher bets out of people, but I’m sorry if your trying to draw new people in you need to be patient and kind so that they can learn and keep coming back. Instead now I go to Merced casino, where they are much more kind and friendly. They even give me advice of how to play and honestly I mostly walk out with more money. Too bad it’s farther away.
