Jessi Bingham: This was such a great stop for my family on our way back to Washington from the Redwoods. My kids loved the cookies upon arrival, the pool and the arcade. We got pizza, burgers and wings from Cow Creek Marketplace. We werent expecting much but the 3 cheese pizza is literally the best weve ever had. We had to ask, and it turns out they are made from scratch every morning. The BBQ wings were also amazing. I was also so relieved that our hotel room in the East wing did not smell like cigarette smoke. We are so glad we chose to stay here!
Danielle Peña: We went there for poker tournament and concert and just loved how the casino hotel is there in the mountains. The gaming is great and the food court was very nice. Pool looked magnificent and the concert venue was great. Definitely go back again. Even left the casino at night to walk to gas station and felt very safe
Cheryl Wirkus: It wasnt that busy over the fourth of july. you have to go here a couple of times to be able to figure out how the layout is. it feels like three separate areas and if youre not familiar, you can easily get turned around . i had more bonuses last night then normal. i like the fact that you can fill up your own soda and not have to wait for somebody coming by.
Danyele: Came for a work convention. Its like they didnt know 1300 people were showing up. While all the staff we encountered were extremely nice(Especially Reid, the bellhop), clearly they were over worked, as service was VERY slow everywhere. Ran out of food at lunch 1st day of conference. The room itself was ice cold, despite repeated requests for room temp to be brought up. 2nd day food was slightly better, however my husband and MANY others got food poisoning. It was a terrible last night for him and it ruined our plans for the next night in another city. The rooms were new, but dont look to close..The toilet roll holder was already half ripped off the wall, the base boards were as crooked as a politician, and others in our group reported zero water pressure mid shower! It literally just stopped and no water came back on. Absolutely no drawer space and our view was the backside of the front building. I was really disappointed as this was a "new" casino/hotel. The pool was decent but when a beer costs $12 outside, but $6 inside..Please make that make sense. Want to eat later at night? Good luck with that. I sure hope management deals with these issues because I know they can improve.
Anselmo Hernandez: Bullets is a great poker room. There is always good table action playing there. There is always friendly faces. They have great dealers and great drink prices. It has a great atmosphere and management are really nice. Bullets is a poker gem.
