2 /5 Nolan Williams: Employee working at this establishment sent my child inappropriate images a videos. When attempted to report the person the floor stated they can’t state if he is still an employee then when I stated the reason for my call he said the company want no parts an hung up.

1 /5 Mike Davis: As a regular player for years Ive watched this card go from packed and hard to find a seat to empty everynight. Dealers bring their own 6 deck stack of cards at anytime you get up. Sad to say the greed here is bad and if you play here prepare to be the only one playing today I watched the house get four 7 card 21s. Would not recommend playing here at all they most certainly lost me today too and I will not be back. (I left out the being cheated out of the 8 card bust i won in April)

3 /5 Speak2tee: The last few times we went to play 4-8 limit was a horrible experience. They are running only one table right now. There were over 20 people on the list and an empty table in the back corner that they wouldnt open. It took five hours to get a seat. The next trip we went early in the day and still one table and it took 3 hours to get on the table. Last week we went and didnt get on the table and left. We are going to try one more time to get a seat on the table. If we cannot get a seat to play, we will not be returning. If I owned a casino, I would never have an empty table if I had players. Whoever the person in charge is that wont let the floor open that empty table should get a new job. You get 3 stars here when you dont deserve 1. The workers are exceptional and fun to be around. The 3 star is because you have a lot of room for improvement. Lately you only earned 1 star. People can only wait to play cards for so long then they have to go home. More people on the list are leaving instead of playing. Time to find a new place to play if you dont care about your customers. We come to play, spend money, we eat, we tip! Open the other table. Not one time was that empty table opened. It sat idle. Everyone loses here.

2 /5 Brandon Sargent: Ive been coming to manteca Casino Real and the last year or two Parkwest Manteca since 2009.I love to play poker and I am in the casino industry and I tip my dealers and servers VERY well. Tonight I came in and floor boss Thanh she was unbelievably rude and disrespectful to me.There are 8 names on the 4/8 list I asked are you going to start a new game or are you short dealers. She looked at me with RBF and said people are on other games and said she runs the games!!! I played many hundreds of times here and with Dennis back in day no limit. Her treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable and Ill take my money and business elsewhere. I can guarantee you John Park does not want his employees treating like this let alone a customer of over 14 years. Please respond back my name is Brandon Sargent Corbett.

5 /5 Logan Wilson: Great card room. Staff and security are awesome. If you play bacc or blackjack with $25+/hand i recommend parkwest 580 since a lot of players here bet $5 and stand on 12 vs dealer 10 showing. But I still have fun and win a few hundred dollars here and there.
