5 /5 Jerry Lucas: The food is always tasty! Talking to my lunch guests, the theory is that while people gamble away their money, the food better be good. I have to say, I have had good meals here. No photos, but the Pho, Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Burgers have been quite good the last two years. Also, I appreciate the good Service, well-thought out suggestions from our waitress and an overall pleasant mood too.

1 /5 Corey: Not a good place to gamble. So much better going to a bigger casino. Just too small of a place, wasnt a vibe. I was going to play black jack. There was only 1 table to play on open. The other table was 50 dollar minimum. Maybe offer more tables to play on. Stones is definitely a better place. They allow other players to bet on your lucky. I dont like it. They tell you to touch there chips to make it allowed. I hate dealers that say ahhhhh nooooo or something like that after you loose. Doesnt help. Makes you feel the loss

Most of the baccarat tables are closed, even during busy hours, which makes no sense. And when a table is finally open, it’s a nightmare. The dealers are completely unprofessional—they constantly talk to each other, joke around, and show no respect to players. If you don’t tip them every single hand, they’ll ignore you, give you attitude, or stop listening to you altogether. Ive even seen them move players bets to the bonus without permission, just so they can get tips if it hits. That’s flat-out shady behavior. There are also too many people who don’t play and just hang around the tables causing distractions. It’s loud, annoying, and far from a professional gaming environment. Most of the time I go home upset—not because of losing, but because of how they make me mad to lose. The disrespect, the manipulation, and the chaos ruin the entire experience. No wonder real gamblers and professionals stay away from this casino. If you’re looking for fair, and enjoyable place to play, Parkwest Casino is definitely not it. Just try somewhere else.
