Roni Noble Charles Leoni started out as an estate planning attorney for my in laws. He represented my now x husband in our divorce process. To me, Charles Leoni has never once showed any interest or concern in the wellbeing of our 3 children. Despite a just final divorce decree, Leoni continues to represent my x in our family law matters. I think the term is called protracted litigation. Leoni has not cooperated, nor has my x complied with (many) court orders. Leoni will stretch, through delays, continuances, broken agreements etc. a simple legal matter- as he has done with our case. Since I am unrepresented I believe it’s easier for Leoni to take advantage of the judicial system to “drag me through it”, and since he established the estate planning for my x ‘s family, he knows where the money is and how he can continue to collect from my x. Leoni has (verbally) attacked me in the courtroom before the judge as well as called me names in the hallways during a meet and confer more than once. He has served me several times with matters that could have been resolved with a discussion (not needing a court hearing!) and now, I have been warned, by his attorneys, that Leoni plans to file a personal lawsuit against me, (while still representing my X in contested child support matters). Charles Leoni is the foulest attorney I have ever been in contact with.

Bridget Mackay is brilliant! - Super organized and streamlined - Fantastic service - Very process-oriented Cons - Missed one important detail - but they will remedy this so all is ok. But it would have been nice to get it right the first time. Tips: - ask for a draft of two section before your signing: 1) list of assets, 2) gifting / distributions. That way, it can be perfect for your signing. Other than that, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them. I highly recommend them. Worth the peace of mind.

Well I almost never write reviews and Im so positively impressed with George, I had to write this and attest that he is a rare, amazing, caring, compassionate human being as well as an extremely skilled and competent attorney. I speak from experience as I worked for 12 years as a contract employee for Family Court Services, so observed many attorneys, judges and mediators. I also am a peaceful person, as you may be, having ended a prior 23 year with a respectful mediated settlement never having to appear in court. Currently, Im a survivor of 38 month, extremely high conflict, unnecessarily vicious divorce battle that cost $90K prior to George. George was my fourth attorney and George went way above and beyond for a very reasonable pre-set flat fee. Words cannot express how happy and relieved I am that I found George who was able to resolve the case quickly by mediation a long overdue agreement and thereby avoiding a scheduled two day trial that I was dreading. In summary, my only regret that I didnt find George Castagnola three years sooner so that he could have been my first and only attorney. If I were a teacher, I would rate him A++. There is no higher rating.
