Lindsay Torgerson took most of the stress away by explaining very clearly what the steps were, what I was expected to do and what her follow-up would be. She basically held my hand the whole time, and made sure I filled out the necessary paperwork, sent her all the documentation she needed (which was voluminous!), and explained everything more than once. And most of my interaction with her was over the phone, reducing time away from work. Her knowledge and experience with bankruptcy law were excellent. And I have to give a shout-out to her staff, Nichole and Katharine, who were very capable, smart and extremely friendly.
